Steve and Richard are both professional, courteous and honest. Our hardwood floor installation was done on time taking all Covid-19 precautions and it looks great. Steve is a great listener and he ensures all your questions and concerns are answered. He gives you feedback of what he thinks will work better for your home. We strongly recommend this wonderful local business to anyone. It was one of the most pleasant and professional experiences dealing with contractors that we had in a long time! Would highly recommend Just Flooring. Steve is great. Super knowledgeable, friendly, interesting and really pays attention to detail. I cannot find one flaw in the execution of my flooring. Steve was very good at guiding me through the process. There were a few glitches throughout the whole experience (as is usual in any renovation) but Steve handled them very well and went that extra mile to make sure I knew what was going on, why, and how he was going to proceed. Overall excellent job, completed in a timely manner, with someone you can trust.
Steve did an excellent job installing flooring on my main level back in 2016 so I got him back to do my upper level recently in 2020. He's very courteous, respectful, communication is great, takes the time to explain everything so there are no surprises. Great attention to detail & accommodating to what I wanted done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any flooring needs!
My husband found Just Flooring on google. He read the reviews and we decided to give Steve a go. My husband is very handy and has trouble letting go control of home renovations/ projects. So to my surprise we went ahead and hired Steve to complete the flooring on the main level of our new home. He was easy to talk to and gave us lots of information to make an informed decision for our flooring. Eg. Type/colour/durability etc... Steve invited us to his shop to pick out or colour and type of flooring we wanted. Very personable and easy to chat with. He never asked for a deposit/ he came in a very timely manor / he was thorough/ he cleaned up after the job was done!!! Amazing experience with Just Flooring!! Would definitely recommend.
