The reception and technologists are so friendly and the waiting time is reasonable. I’m surprised to see so many low stars here

I didn't have the greatest experience. Considering this is our first baby and we are beyond excited the ultrasounds are very cold. COVID meant my husband couldn't come with me so I'm thinking alright I can facetime/video but NOPE. I wasn't allowed to record or take ANY PHOTOS. Very depressing considering the circumstances. I think with COVID they should let up on that rule. IF you want photos be prepared to pay 25 for a usb.... Not impressed at all.

I am sincerely upset with my overall experience. We are in the middle of a pandemic, my husband cant attend the appointment which to be honest I dont fully understand.. (if one of us has covid, both of us will) but fine, thats not my complaint. My complaint is, your policy of not being able to take pictures or have me facetime my husband to see OUR baby. This isnt my baby, its our baby. And our last pregnancy ended rather traumatically. But even still, even if everything was perfect - not being able to include THE OTHER HALF OF THIS EMBRYO'S CHROMOSOMES in a SAFE WAY is disgusting. Because of a \policy\? Because you want me to pay 25 for a usb at my next appointment? I wont be returning. Unfortunately - you'll have to go out of town to avoid this group.

I am an essential worker (truck driver) and was refused an xray after being examined by a doctor in the clinic. Absolutely ridiculous and obviously no respect for your fellow essential workers. Tough enough coping with covid without having to deal with your bs protocols

My daughter had her ultrasound here. The staff were rude and not helpful. Did terrible pics of her babe. When called to ask for the supervisor.....she wasn't there...found her.... she was there!!!! She knew about my daughters case (obviously spoken about behind her back between more than their location)...there are so many places you can go.....why go to a place that when I find the supervisor hours later that her staff states she was never at this location. Admits she was then goes on to tell me why the problems were what they were with no name disclosed......deduction....loose lips....you are a conversation for employee enjoyment...and no worries the supervisor with all her experience must encourage this behavior
