Leaked order , contacted company multiple times and they cant even show me the respect of a response will have to reach out to my credit card company show them the proof and they will have to deal with them since i tried to be nice about the situation, just wouldve asked for a credit for what was leaked , not sure how theyre in business when they clearly just ignore customer complaints

Service, selection, shipping - all at least 5 stars!! The flavours, however, could use a better label to indicate the percentage. When I buy multiple flavours I never can remember the recommended usage, so now I have to look it up and write it on the bottle. Sometimes it is not even mentioned. And talking about the mixing percentage: I'm aware that tastes vary and maybe it is just me, but the recommended usage is most of the time not even close. The sweetener, for example: it took me many batches to find out that 6 times the recommended amount is just right. All what I'm saying is, a better description of how to use it would be much appreciated.
