Deluxe taxi is nothing short of excellent. Of course I'm biased. I'm a working associate of the company. That said I feel we offer an excellent service.
Words cannot express how filthy the "deluxe" taxis were. I expected a taxi to be dirty, but this? The first taxi smelled of urine. I found it difficult to breathe in the second taxi due to the cigarette stench, the seat cover was ripped away and the seat springs removed. Stains and grime everywhere. And for this I paid over 65 for each ride. No wonder UBER is moving in.
I'd give zero stars if I could its the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with, you pre-book and yet you're still waiting a ridiculous amount of time horrible horrible service
Deluxe Taxi is a disgrace to the taxiing business! By refusing Julia Williams the dignity and compassion that she deserves Deluxe Taxi is showing that they are a taxi company that doesn't care about the social welfare of the riders. The lady is special needs and for Deluxe Taxi to ignore her needs even though she is wearing a mask is heartless and just confirms that Deluxe Taxi does not give a damn about the people they service. Have a heart Deluxe for God's sake!!!!!!
Disgusting cars, garbage and stains everywhere. There were fast food cups left in the back seat from previous passengers. Rude dispatcher, drivers always late. With vehicles this filthy i highly doubt they are following covid regulations or sanitizing anything. Edit: Literally just saw a deluxe taxi car pass by me and the driver was smoking in the cab, apparently there is no way to tell which vehicle and driver it was. I was told to get the car information and call the police next time.
