Brandon the Installer was amazing and professional. The mirrored closet doors have given a beautiful "wow factor" upon entering my home. Great quality and fabrication. I look forward to getting the master bedroom closets done. I highly recommend Closets by Design.

Our experience exceeded our expectations. During Covid times, we had to wait 4 months for the cupboards to be completed. It was well worth the wait. The designer was experienced, professional, communicated well and even the installer said she had done an excellent design and measurement. The installer himself, was so efficient and organized. He had all the tools he needed, kept it neat and tidy and completed the work professionally. A sheer joy with the end result.

Please save yourself a lot of money and hassle and get ikea closets installed from their installation team they will far surpass this company’s quality and professionalism. They failed to meet the requirements as stipulated in the contracts and as a result we don’t have our drawers in two closets of our home. The pant racks in our master look like they were installed by my 10 year old refer to the photos and the quality is substandard to say the best. These people are a nightmare to deal with. They’ve been stalling me for over a month to give me a clear answer about what and when we can be using our closets. They’re production team is not synchronized with their designers they produced the incorrect size panels in our closets hence the drawers don’t fit. Goodness sakes- RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHODDY COMPANY. Also I’m still waiting for answers I’ve called twice now in the past three days after many attempts earlier as stated below and I’ve been told I would get answers by the end of the day both times and still no call. They don’t even accept credit cards for balances so we can’t even go through the cc company but I’ll sure be going to the better business bureau- even if it takes me another few months these people are disastrous. Horrible horrible business.

My experience with CBD has been a great one. I had storage cabinetry installed in my laundry, primary and main bath as well as reach in organization in the primary clothes closet that had been desperate for such since we moved in and unable see through until now. Despite the lockdowns and delays during the pandemic, CBD has provided excellent service in the design of each area, the quality of their materials, installation of the product, and in their honest, professional and friendly customer service. Home Organization may seem like a first world problem and trivial considering todays circumstances but since being within my home because of todays circumstances, CBD has brought me peace in of mind, order, and beauty as the things in each of the spaces completed now have a rightful home of their own. The staff at all levels deserve my gratitude, appreciation and recommendation to others for their dedication to meeting the high expectations of their customers when I'm certain lockdowns have made that process difficult at best.

The installer was great but I feel that the product quality is poor for the expensive price , and the design was disappointing. Customer sservicewas also disappointin, we booked and gave a large deposit and waited over 3 months until it could be installed, this was not a large closet so I don't feel that waiting that long is reasonable. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
