Exceptional service today! I dropped off my car, felt very safe! Was provided a loaner vehicle - loved it! No I’m not buying one now....Every service provider I dealt with were very friendly with great energy. No one seemed stressed out!! Bayfield Ford keep looking after your employees. Being looked after with a sincere smile (& knowledge) means a lot to us customers.

service very poor. Had Car towed to them. Did not have courtesy car for me. Said they went over vehicle and everything was fine. Just needed a battery. I live in orillia and had to get ride from a neighbor to Barrie to picked up car on Thursday .when I tried to use my car on Saturday, the electrical issues were all back again. I called dealership and told them that everything was bad again and at this point the car was dead again. Said there was nothing they could do till Monday And I should have car towed again on Monday. I told them to have. The service manager call first thing Monday, as of1230 pm Monday no one has bothered calling. These guys are incompetent and unconcerned with client needs. I wouldn't recommend these guys for anything.
Prompt, friendly, efficient transaction. Ready on time as promised and efficient flow-through. Kudos to Andre in service and Rebecca in accounting. Always a pleasure dealing with this business.
Great service this time. Scheduled for 8:30 oil and tire change and we were out in just over an hour.
