Was called by Barrie Ford where I bought my truck from, about an outstanding recall for the master cylinder. I then called Bayfield Ford to have it completed as I’ve had better luck with service through them. When I called they first confirmed they had the parts in before getting me an appointment at my earliest convenience. While there for the recall they completed another outstanding recall, and called as soon as it was completed. I could also track progress via a link provided by text. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle there was no waiting around, and truck was rdy for me to go. Much better than waiting until the end of the day and having to call to see if the work is done like some other dealerships.

I brought my car into Bayfield Ford Lincoln to have it assessed for repair due to an accident. Kyle came out to look at the car. He explained in detail everything that needed to be done to my car and then scheduled a date to have it repaired. He also said that they would make all the arrangements for my car rental. I was pleasantly surprised the day I dropped off my car for the repair by how quickly I was on my way back home with the rental car. All the paperwork and delivery of the rental car only took approximately 30 minutes. I dropped off my car on a Friday morning and received a call in only a few days to pick it up. The work they did was fantastic. My car looks like new. I was surprised & impressed that they also washed my car and cleaned the interior. That is something I would never have expected them to do. What a top-notch job! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. They have a real clean shop and the customer service is top-notch. Thank you Kyle and staff for the great customer service, very much appreciated.

Bayfield Ford serviced my new vehicle and put my winter tires on. Their prices are great. They worked fast and made sure everything was fine for my car! The only thing I would suggest is they watch for any car seats behind the drivers seat! Wouldn’t want to break any seats. But other then that I am 100% satisfied and will be coming back.
