I wish if I can give them less than a star!!! I should have known from the 2.4 on google that I should t trust such a company!! Barrie Taxi the worst ever! Shame on them! I called yesterday to book a taxi to the airport, I told them that we are a family of 4 and that we have 8 suitcases. They said they will send us a van, I told them again and made it clear that we are 4 and we have 8 big suitcases, and asked if that the van will fit us, the lady insisted that yes it will fit! Taxi driver arrives with a van and a place for either us or the suit cases! And he mentioned that they told him that he’s picking only 1 passenger!!!!! I called them and was extremely furious, they told me ok we will send you another van! They sent me another van after 15 mins with exactly the same capacity!!!! And they told me if it doesn’t fit then will send another driver but on my own expense!! I had no choice but to take the van and order an Uber to pick the rest of us!!! So trip to Pearson double the amount to save my time because some people can’t just do their work! Why didn’t they just tell me from the start that their vans wouldn’t fit the four of us with 8 suitcases instead of wasting our time and money!! Big mistake!! Never ever again!

I do believe that the DISPATCHERS do NOT get enough CREDIT! They’re AMAZING! They’re very friendly and go out of their way for me! They need to get a lot more recognition for what they do and what they have to deal with, so on behalf of me, Tamara (they know who I am) I’d like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to you wonderful Dispatching Ladies! Thank you Ladies!
Never using this service again. They were 20 minutes late when I called over 30 minutes before I needed a taxi. I missed my train and missed everything entirely. They sent me someone from the north end of the city when I live in the south. This is a 24 hour service! Tried to use a local company rather than uber. I'LL STICK WITH UBER
