I can not say enough good about Barrie Discount Appliances! On Tuesday I called to say there was an issue with my washer that I purchased last year! They had a repair person out on Wednesday and it was determined that it could not be repaired. I received a call from them by days end and they said my washer would be replaced. It was delivered today! I have bought a few appliances from them and would/have recommended them highly! They are always pleasant and helpful! Service is always fantastic! Thank you for continued great service! I appreciate your continuing commitment to our community! It’s a win win the appliances stay out of the landfill and we pay far less then new ! Appliances come with a one year warranty ! Service is second to none! Thank you again A very satisfied customer Kim

I purchased a refrigerator from your store last week for an elderly gentleman. I congratulate the staff in the store for their patience and help, as I conversed with the gentleman by phone. With the heLP go the staff I made the purchase and arranged delivery without any hassles. I can only say good things about the two gentlemen that made the delivery of the fridge, they arrived on time as per our phone call and were so kind and considerate of the older gentleman’s concerns and frustration. They did every thing in their power to satisfy and show respect. Upon removing the old fridge water spilled on the kitchen floor and the hallway. They wiped up all the water and dried and cleaned the floor before leaving. It’s rare to find two young gentlemen that show such respect and consideration for other people. They are definitely an asset to the appliance store.

I just had a couple of guys deliver a dryer to me at 24 Burns Circle, from Barrie Discount Appliances. I could not be happier with the experience. The guys were extremely professional and took their job seriously. I want to send out a special thanks to the driver who displayed everything customer service should be. His helper was obviously inexperienced, but took the great direction from the driver very well. The helper was as professional as anyone could be with little or no experience. If every shopping/buying/retail, and work experience was as pleasant as that, we'd all be happier. I could keep writing, cause I honestly don't think I could run out of great things to say. Lastly, I want to point out that the driver was young, and looked like a person who loves to party. I did not judge him, and will now praise him. I point out his appearance because I am a black man who knows all too well about being judged unfairly. He was an excellent employee who represented himself and his company in the highest regard. I could care less what he does with his time, and that's the point. Let's all stop pre-judging people based on appearance and recognize a great experience when it is earned. Kudos to the guys from Barrie Discount Appliances for the job they did. Beat that review!!!!!!!!!
