We had the best service with Vern at Alexanian carpet in Barrie. He was pleasant very attentive and wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for. Vern went out of his way to call, follow up and make sure my job was done on time for Christmas. I love my new carpet runner! The installers came in and out in less than 2 hours .. they cleaned everything up and wore proper masks. I’m very happy with the job.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new flooring. The sales professional Vern Boker was knowledgeable and very helpful. The vinyl plank flooring has changed the whole look of our house. All services were exactly as promised. The installers Jay and Mehmet were polite and professional. They were really clean and tidy during the whole 3 day install, especially during the rip up of the old flooring. We love the the new large area rug, that complements the flooring. Thank you for your assistance and I would highly recommend Alexanian’s for a job well done.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very patient and helpful salesperson (Simon, at Barrie store). He brought out a sample to my home and also took down rugs off the big rack when I went to the store to let me compare a couple I was trying to decide on. I was very impressed all around with Alexanian. I sent an email to the contact link on the website asking a couple of questions about area rugs I saw online and was very surprised to receive an email from Andrew Alexanian! That’s attention to customer service. I highly recommend Alexanian if you are looking for excellent customer service and nice quality choices for any flooring. I love my new rugs!

I went into Alexanian Barrie on Nov 27. Kevin Black was one of the very best I have worked with in 20 years sourcing products for design projects and my project actually falls into another person's responsibility. Kevin knew ALL the pros and cons of each type of laminate, and because he has 20 years first hand experience as a general contractor, gave INCREDIBLE specific direction to preventing any chance of water leaking in areas like laundry, bathrooms and kitchens.Things that none of my top trades have shared. His generosity of information- even non product related, help building different price point options, attention to detail and care was beyond what I typically experience with Toronto suppliers. WOWED and grateful!
