Most nicest staff here! I bought my bike from here, they did not have the one I wanted in stock so a staff member drove down to their Langley dealership and picked my bike up....on his day off! They had it all ready to go for me when I picked it up a couple days later. Always welcoming, tea and coffee available and the staff is knowledgeable, which I cant say for other dealerships!

Purchased a Road Glide from Barnes Harley Davidson in Kamloops this year and can’t believe that the experience has been this great. Every department has delivered exceptional customer service. The sales department hooked me up with a bike that I can’t believe I’ve put 13,000 km on and the season isn’t done yet.The service department delivered my bike to my home in a snow storm plus they had a new tire in stock and changed it asap when mine got wrecked, also great value in the summer service special. Can’t leave out parts and apparel found a helmet that’s a huge improvement on the old one Megan also came up with some” hard to get your hands on” swag in my size. The whole picture made sense when I noticed that Brian Barnes ( the owner ) had reached out to a post about a test ride in less than a day after it came out. Well managed business with exceptional staff 5 stars ️

I called Barnes inquiring about a motorcycle they had on Auto Trader and the were very knowledgeable about the used motorcycle and they were very curtious to me. I delt with more than one of the staff and considering I was dealing with them from Ontario they were very happy to help me arrange to put a deposit on the bike I called about they had it shipped to me in Ontario at a very reasonable rate. I can't say enough about the staff at Barnes Harley Davidson. I recommend anyone looking for a bike to check them out.

My used softail engine detonated after two weeks and left me stranded sixty km from Kamloops; no luck getting a tow truck so I called Barnes Harley Kamloops and Shawn came and picked up my bike and I and brought me to the dealership. They looked at my bike right away and told me it was a catastrophique failure; they even drove me to the bus so I could get home to Chilliwack; just awesome customer service, they went above and beyond, Thanks to everyone at Barnes Harley Davidson in Kamloops, you guys rock...

I'm very familiar with the Harley Davidson dealership been there many times when it was owned and operated by Mr Al Perret and I can honestly say the service then was at a premium and when I purchased my new 2020 from Barnes Harley Davidson I noticed the style of previous service hadn't changed. It's just a great place to go to afterall you can browse for hours just looking at available products. I personally would recommend a Harley to anyone who wants to start the adventure and you will meet a very qualified staff that can put you in a motorcycle of your needs. Take the trip you only live once and keep the shiny side up.
