I don't know how this place is rated well on Google. I di d not have a good customer experience with them. Since the beginning I found it very disorganized having to beg for my blood requisition and then they charged me twice on an appointment that wasn't supposed to have any charges as agreed and they still own me a credit of 87.50 after a month I've been emailing requesting to remove the charge from my credit card as well as begging to have a copy of my blood test results. Very difficult to deal with them at the time you look for them for a health support and they cause you to stress about their mess. I do not appreciate service like this.

Been to half a dozen natural doctors. This one tried telling us our existing ND wasnt certified. She is. Also was the only ND I have ever visited where I had anything less than a pleasant experience. Just a strange vibe I couldnt put my fingure on honesty. Felt judged.. dont know why. Never met this woman. Maybe I resemble someone she doesnt like. Lol We went elsewhere.

I see Dr Fast shes super nice and shows she cares. Sandra the receptionist is super nice as well. They send you reminders early in case cancellation is needed. The place is welcoming.

Dr. Lisa Doran is amazing. Knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Both my husband and I go have been going to her for 6 months now once a week for fertility acupuncture. Highly recommended.
