Bard on the Beach Administration Office

Every year I have such an incredible experience with the staff of Bard, I finally decided to write a review. I admit, I am one of those problem patrons: I book and cancel and re-book tickets, and my daughter's summer camps repeatedly, well, that is when I am not waiting until the last minute to reserve my seats, and calling the box office begging for help. EVERY time I call with a problem the staff is not only helpful and knowledgeable, they are polite and friendly and give the impression that they enjoy their job and their patrons immensely. No problem is a problem for them, and I appreciate their positivity and all of their help over the many years I have been attending their amazing festival. Thank you, and talk to you again next year!
