This place was okay, but the value for money was not. It has a lot of potential. Food: was okay, a little bit sour tasting, and small portions considering it cost about 17 (taxes incl) for the tuna poke bowl. Presentation: not great either. We decided to eat in and were given our food in a small plastic bowl (take out container). The food looked nice in the bowl, but as soon as you poke it, everything threatens to spill out (so kind of annoying)! Atmosphere: they look like they just opened, boxes and unfinished furniture all around. Not sure if they have in fact just opened but the whole ambiance just felt a bit cold. I would definitely give this place a second try, perhaps once they are more established. I do love this type of food!

Nice little place with fresh food. The poke bowls looked small at first, but ended up being a lot of food and very filling. Good to have something a bit different.

I was very very impressed with the quality and service of Bar Cru. Coming from Vancouver, I haven't found quality sushi that matched but Bar Cru is definitely up there
First poke place i've tried! Its a good portion for lunch, and the rice was nicely seasoned. Fish could be fresher though
Great new place we stumbled upon next to the market. Doesn't just look great but tastes amazing!!!! Rice is perfectly cooked too, it's a must try for sushi fans Also never before tried sushi with okra inside vs avocado, great invention! Adds another dimension to the sushi roll!
The best ceviche bowl and seared salmon in Toronto! Loved the attention to detail and mouth watering flavors. Outstanding service as well! Experience the best of Toronto's Sushi at this local and hip restaurant! 5/5 stars!
Nothing special. Got the salmon poke, paid 15. Salmon quality was good but other ingredients were lacking. Compared to other poke places, you get way less. Tastes fine but for the price and what you get I wouldn't go back.
