Sunshine Honda was so much better. I got a block heater put in my car as I am about to move north and I also got my tires pulled from storage as I am leaving. They called me and said my car is ready but when I get there I do not see the cord that I was expecting, so I ask. I am told oh a piece was broken but actually the replacement has just arrived. I have to then wait half an hour for them to install it, but had I not asked they would have let me move with the broken block heater.

Great cars. Lousy everything else. Finances messed up our payments. The optional warranty on used cars is the biggest scam ever. Used truck is great, but it's a Toyota.
I brought my Honda in to Service manager Jack. He was supposed to give me a quote as he needed to do some research. He Never did. I phoned him to ask if quote was ready a few days later. he said he would get back to me. He Never did. It’s been two weeks and he has never gotten back to me From four calls but each time he says he will.
We have had nothing but great service from Bannister Honda. Khoa is an amazing salesman, very kind, thoughtful, pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. He helped us once when my daughter was looking for a Honda and she was very happy with Khoa and her new car. We called him to say we wanted to look at a CRV and by the time we got there he had it ready for us to test drive. He worked hard to get us a great deal and to find the color of car I wanted very quickly. Then on the day we purchased it he had my car all shiny and perfect. Explained everything about it and answered all my questions. Definitely go see Khoa if you're looking for a new car. Also Shae the finance manager is very lovely and professional. She made the process of buying our car quick and easy. 5 stars forsure.
