The management team here is very customer oriented. They are very reasonable to work with and are looking out for the customer when there is a miscommunication on the part of the staff. Very happy with how everything was resolved, great communication from the marketing manager. Will definitely work with them in the future should I need service.

We are so happy with the new staff and management team at Banner rec! Completely different environment from the previous guys with Newway. Just bought a 2021 Skidoo Summit and the sales and management team was excellent, and made us feel like a part of the family. Bought and picked up our sled on Christmas eve and the staff (including GM) even stayed after hours to make sure the process went well. They even threw in a free belt! Very happy and look forward to dealing there for all of our future sledding adventures!

Not even worth the star went in knowing they have puddle boats and I need something sea worth for around the world I get they wont have anything in stock but not a hello or can I help you with anything they had some guy filling their hottubs up and 2 employees talking about something that didn't seem like it couldn't stop for a moment to ask if my family wanted help or not I had questions and if anyone was responsible or respectful to see what they were even if in the wrong place point me in the right place and see what praz this could have been instead of this.. if 0 was a star rating they would get - from me might be one person on here but on YouTube thousands of people will see I'm not bashing just mentioning that calgrey is better then here even for customer service..
