Excellent. I needed emergency care for my pet last Saturday. The personal care the doctor took to make sure everything went well is priceless. This clinic's customer service is hard to beat. From reception to the staff working that day was helpful and knowledgeable. I will support this small business with a very positive review. Highly recommended.
If I could give thos place a 10 rating I would. Dr. Pusong and his staff are the best of the best. They saved Bullindas life against all odds after very invasive surgery and she made a full recovery. I cannot thank them enough.
Excellent Service..Knowledgeable Receptionists..Caring Nurturing Staff and a Trustworthy Vetinarian Dr. Ron Pusong. I feel safe when I take my cat "PRINCESS POOKIE" there. I know she will receive the best care possible. I have used Banks Animal Hospital for over 20 years rescuing cats and kittens .. with Banks finding the kittens their forever homes and many throughout the years I chose to call my own.. and I have never been disappointed. The absolute best animal health care facility I've ever used. I drive over an hour to get to Banks Animal Hospital because the care our pets receive there is unprecedented. The doctor and entire staff truly love the animals and are very gentle and entertaining if you're using this as a kennel. I will NOT take any pet anywhere else. Worth the drive to the Beaches in Toronto. Excellent care; correct diagnoses and even a Dr who calls to find out how your animal is doing. WONDERFUL!!!!
When we moved to this area I was looking for a vet for my dog and cat. When we drove by I saw the sign and and I called to inquire. The receptionist was very friendly over the phone and answered all my questions. I booked an appointment for my kitten. During the time we were there, our kitten was not whimpering. Very relaxed. The hospital is nice, warm and very clean. The doctor was also very friendly and explained to me everything I need to know about taking care of my kitten. The vet was very thorough and the entire staff are friendly. The fees are also very reasonable. I shopped around for the costs. I strongly recommend this hospital and I am happy I found it.
I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT IN THIS AREA 30 YEARS...WAS A CLIENT OF THERE ABOUT 17 YEARS , they were nice just too many negatives experiences there. I have found a new place to go I think will be more satisfactory to me.
Friendly vet and vet techs. They take good care of my pup every time. The only thing I don't like is that they take your pet to another room for all vaccines and procedures so you can't see what's happening.
