We had been car shopping for a couple weeks and were getting nowhere. Honestly, I had avoided this dealership, turns out I should have started here in the first place. Since I knew exactly what I was looking for, I submitted an offer over the internet and shortly after I received a counter offer that more than met my expectations. Not quite believing my good fortune I contacted the dealership and spoke to Mo. He was very pleasant and professional, answered all my questions. I decided to attend and close the deal in person fully expecting a few rounds of “dealer math” when I got there. At the door I was greeted by Jesse, the salesperson whom Mo had appointed to handle my deal. What a breath of fresh air! He was upbeat and positive and explained that the deal I was offered was indeed the deal I could close if I chose to do so now -there was no pressure at anytime, simply a well presented and straightforward offer. I waited to write this review until I had picked up my new vehicle, which I did today. Throughout the process, Jesse kept me updated or their progress. This morning, I was greeted with the same familiar friendliness, my car was detailed and ready for my inspection in a dry heated part of the showroom. After a few formalities, I was on my way in my new car. I can’t believe how smooth the whole process has been, from negotiating the deal to picking up my car I was treated like my business was valued and that they were trying to earn a customer, not just sell a car. In speaking with Mo he mentioned that they were trying to take the frustration out of buying a new vehicle. I feel that they are on the perfect track to accomplishing this. Thanks Mo and Jesse for restoring my faith that there are still great places to purchase a vehicle in Ottawa.

Jesse was a great salesperson when I went shopping for a Corolla. He made the process straightforward and never exerted pressure. He answered all my questions and I was satisfied with the service from the entire team there.
I purchased a new car with the help of Karan. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Recently I was having problems getting through to the service department and Karan went above and beyond to make me an appointment himself. Toyota is lucky to have him. Definitely ask for him next time you are looking for your next car. Great experience.
Really great service and kind staff who took a lot of time to explain why my car has \COVID battery\ and how to prevent it in future. We have been taking our car for service at Mendes for 5 years and it certainly has paid off in good auto care over the years
Jesse at Bank St Toyota was very helpful and above-board. In fact all of the staff I had contact with were friendly. I would purchase here again with no concerns.
