I bought my first new car from this location last month. Sid was wonderful and answered all of my questions. Zein was also really great and very nice. Everyone was quick and efficient, I confirmed the car I wanted on a Tuesday and by Friday it was ready. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership.
Today I had the pleasure of dealing with bank street Mazda for the 1st time, they were wonderful the salesman the dealt with me was unbelievable my wife and I both agreed probably the best salesman we've ever dealt with. From the start he was pleasant approachable and very knowledgeable of his vehicles. After making an appointment he had the vehicles warmed up and ready for both my wife and I to test drive, again there was no pressure there was no approaching me at any time they ask for me to talk to them not them to me excellent job Mazda excellent job bank street
