The sales staff were fantastic. They listened to our needs, allowed us to try out different models and were really knowledgeable about their vehicles. Shout out to Justin Iffel, you treated my wife and I with respect and professionalism, and we really appreciated that. Of all the dealerships we visited, KIA (both in Aylmer and Ottawa Bank street) were the best.
I much as I hate the car buying experience Bank Street KIA made the experience as painless as possible. Both the Salesperson and Finance Manager were extremely accommodating and did all in their power to make sure I bought the car I wanted at an agreeable price without the usual sales hassles. There is no way the car buying experience could have been any better.
