The folks at this bank have always been most helpful and being right downtown is so convenient. With Covid they have done their best to meet customers needs and the restrictions and access have gotten easier. They are of course encouraging patrons to use their online services and ATM when possible.

Terrible Banking institution in general, coupled with the management at this location and their general un willingness to help I am left wishing I could leave a worse review yet. Give your head a shake folks, what manager tells an account holder that cash withdrawals are at their discretion and on a case specific basis as to total of cash withdrawal. Can not cancel our account fast enough.
Had a certified check deposited, with confirmation from the teller that no hold would be put on it, but Infact had a 10 day hold placed on it. Spoke to the manager, and was told there was absolutely nothing she could do about it and offered no resolutions of any sort to the problem. Asked to speak to someone in customer service to make a complaint and was told she was the manager. Absolutely no help. Will not be dealing with BMO much longer
Like other reviews long term customer but... I needed a particular form from this bank. The teller had some difficulty and said 'I can't get it to work'. She fiddled with it and eventually printed a form. At home I realised she had given the opposite form than the one required [had me as payor rather than payee - a slight difference]. Returned the next day, waited in line. Same teller. Explained problem - at which time said 'well I told you yesterday that I couldn't print it so I gave you that one'. No apology. She said there is nothing I can do - at which time her coworker next to her said, oh you can do those manually. After that she did it - the correct form. No apology, no thank you. I have banked with BMO for decades. Worst service ever. Train your staff in customer relations please. My attitude, demeanour throughout was professional - I wish BMO had their staff do the same.
