is the bank still open? Called many times but got no response. Last time a teller at the counter opened an account for me with a typo of my email. I have been having trouble using online banking to check the balance. The teller chatted with me that they even had a phd degree (just to type important information wrong and cause trouble for a whole year).

Worst bank ever. Never do what they promised and always require follow up. Take 2 hours to set up a new bank account and take forever to make one single request.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Every time I come here, they take over 15 minutes to get anything done. Worst part yet, is there was 3 people trying to solve 1 person’s problem - as opposed to asking about the simple request I needed.
