Awesome place for summer shows! Saw Feist play here and Classified. This is one of the best if not the best venue in the world as you have an astounding mountain view behind the stage.

Listening to good music in beautiful surroundings is the perfect way to spend a sunny summer afternoon. The Shaw Ampitheatre provides a mountain view as a backdrop to the stage. The sound is very good. You can use festival seats on the stone tiers in front ofcthe stage, or a blanket or camp chair (being careful not to block the sightline of those behind you) on the grass slope extending above the stone tiers. If you don't bring your own, festival seats are available at the box office. Our recent visit included an excellent performance by Jans Liderman and fellow musicians playing pieces from the big band era. It was majical!
