The folks we get our beef from use Balzac meats to butcher the side. They have done a great job each time. We also purchased some additional sausage when we picked up the side. It was terrific! :)

I used to get stuff from here. They have some decent beef jerky but had a few bad experiences. Overall not a bad place for meat.
First-time customer. I found the lady working there to be unfriendly, strange because I am a first-time customer I thought she might have went out of her way to be friendly and possibly get me back again to spend money, kind of disappointed won't go out of my way to go there again
