The guys were awesome. They did a great job on our kitchen window and a fantastic job on our side sliding glass door. I can't wait for Monday so they can install our huge bad window.I would give Balm Beach House of Glass my business any day.
Awful service from this business. I live locally and wanted to shop locally. I went in to the showroom 4 weeks ago looking for a quote on deck railing and glass installation. I was at that time told By Glen Holmes I would be contacted to have them come over to see the job. The guy that came over after a few days was Aaron (indicating he was the new owner) He said within a few days I would have a quote via phone or email. After 2.5 weeks I began leaving messages for a call back. After holding up my renovations, Finally after 3 or 4 attempts he called me back and had no idea what I was talking about. I have since made other arrangements. Nice new owner. great job!!

Your expertise and no pressure recommendations gave us the information and time to put together exactly what we wanted to achieve. The install took place exactly when they said it would and the instal went smooth and turned out just perfect. Exactly as I had hoped and envisioned. Frank and Tammy did a stellar job and in record time all while maintaining a professional and pleasant work environment.
