I came across Balloon Queen a few weeks ago when I was looking for a Bride/Love balloon and returned a few weeks ago for regular balloons. A mother and her teenage daughter (and there adorable kitten) were working. Their selection was outstanding. They were polite, kind and helpful. I had a vision but was indecisive with colours. They were amazing and blew up a variety of different coloured balloons so I could see how they looked together. There prices were very reasonable compared to other place. They didn’t charge extra for super Hi-float (the liquid substance that goes into the balloon to make it float longer) or the weights to hold the balloons down. They nicely arranged them in a staggered style and placed them in big bags so I could safely transport them home. I cannot speak highly enough about this amazing family business and there professionalism. Thank you and I will be back!

I called the day before to order balloons to be delivered for a friend's birthday. I requested a flamingo balloon because that is her spirit animal. Delivery was flawless, the balloon bouquet was flawless. The person I spoke with (the owner I assume) was helpful, polite. Great experience!
