We have been renting from Hébergement Charlevoix for over 7 years. They are friendly and very professional. They will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I recommend them for rentals in Charlevoix.

The apartment was really nice, very comfortable and with all the necessary appliances for a long stay. The view to the river was very nice. However, in the early documentation sent to us it was mentioned the apartment had a BBQ, which it didn’t, and that the chimney was functional, which it wasn’t. Furthermore, The check in is very late (5pm) while the check out is rather early (11am). Furthermore, the information to access the building was sent too late; same day of arrival at 5:30pm. It should be sent early in the morning at the latest; it is not a guaranteed that everyone has internet access.

Absolutely gorgeous and unique property which shows the loving touches from the owners (soooo many details). The property was immaculately cleaned and extremely well equipped. Excellent communications with the owner. Very happy to have stayed here. Will come again. Merci :)

The chalet is in a beautiful area of Charlevoix. The Spa is a very nice addition. The view from the chalet is stunning. Total privacy away from the buzz of the city. The place is well designed but we were disappointed with the cleanliness. I would give it a 2.5 on 5 on cleanliness. There was dust on the furniture, behind the toilets and on the ceiling fans an inch thick. The stove fan was greasy. The windows were full of finger prints and the window sills had not been dusted in a long while, and the walls had stains of what looked like coffee. The bbq did not work well as it was gunked with grease. The living rooms furniture is old. For the price i was expecting top notch cleanliness. If the place was better cleaned, it would have been a 4 star chalet. If you want to rent just ensure you tell the owner what you expect in cleanliness. Perhaps it was an off day for the cleaning people.

There chalet was beautiful in every way and very well located. We've enjoyed every seconds of our trip. I definitely recommend it. Looking forward to go back
