I've heard they do a wonderful job and actually reached out to them after seeing the windows at a friends and how clean they were. Unfortunately my experience wasn't great. After spending the time to prepare the night before they were supposed to come ie making sure house is in order, moving everything away from the windows etc they cancelled due to rain - understandable even though it did clear up soon after. We rescheduled for 3 days later and once again I spent the time and effort to prepare in advance. They were supposed to show up at 11 and in preparation I moved my whole desk out to the garage so I could work out there. I'm working out in my cold garage when I get an email almost half an hour after they were supposed to be there to say they were behind and asking to reschedule again. When I explained that I had made a lot of effort to prepare and vacate the house and that I needed them to come that day I was simply told it wouldn't be possible. At that point I chose to find another company that might respect my time more.

We purchased our home knowing the windows were seriously neglected. Before we moved in, we had Wilmot Window Cleaners tackle the windows (seriously looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years). After they were done, the windows looked brand new! I was also surprised by the price, very affordable.
