Marcus has always done a great job taking care of us. Got a hot tub installed. Marcus was super knowledgeable and made the whole purchase and install a piece of cake. Ryan and his team did a great job on the install. The whole team and manager Kelti do a fantastic job. Also the best place in town to buy Green Eggs and Accessories. Highly Recommend.

We are even more impressed on the after care since we bought our tub Jolene and the team are always willing to answer any questions or concerns we have.
We recently bought a hot tub form April and Marcus at Backyardz n Billiardz in Grande Prairie. I actually had a hot tub ordered from another shop but their excellent customer service and knowledge persuaded me to buy my tub from them. Probably in my top 5 sales experiences in my life. they went out of their way to make it work for me and to make the sale happen.
