Very professional. Very kind to all ages and the horses are amazing! Probably because life is good for them. Thank you for the experience and we highly recommend this group over a few others we tried. Genuine horse loving staff, knowledgeable and clear communicators. Easy bookings and transactions.

It's a nice business but... we would like to have more freedom with the horses, we went for 1 hour and we were just following the lady in charge. The park they take you it's nice but the only thing I didn't like was that I mentioned before. The staff did a good job but they can do better next time.

Well.. what an outstanding team of staff and horses.. we took the 2hr Pup ride.. can anyone think of a better way to end a fantastic western adventure for all skill level riders than hitching up at a good Saloon and telling tales of your adventure while enjoying a cool sarsaparilla!.. utterly fantastic time had by all... thanks again!

Staff wasn't very inviting. Seemed really distant and almost rude. I specifically requested to not have a trail pony as I rode as a child. I was given a trail pony that didn't want to listen to basic commands, like speed up or stop. And i felt kinda talked down to. The horse had obviously been on a lot of rides that day and was irritable and slightly putting his ears back and swaying his head and body in a way that signals hes uncomfortable and irritated and wanting to possibly buck anytime he was made to trot or asked to stop. He only followed what the lead horse did. I wasn't going to beat the horse so had to get him to go, he knew and felt my signals and he would react in a negative reaction. If you are ok with a straight path, narrow trail ride with zero control over the animal. Than I guess its ok. My horse definitely had an attitude change once he ate but I was told to not let him. Not a horse expert but I know obvious signs.

What really stood out to me was the worker's demeaners. They definitely go above and beyond in making your experience calming and lovely. The horses are so well behaved that there was not a lot of guiding to do because they knew what to do. There are also many other packages and offers they have that would interest a customer even more. Will be going back because not only were they very nice people, they were afforable as well!
