Absolutely love my new hair extensions!! After recent hair loss due to medical issues I was lacking in confidence and feeling really low. My new extensions gave me back some of my identity and make me feel more confident than ever! Nia is amazing and the time flew by ️can’t wait to see when I get them all dyed next week how amazing my total hair transformation will be! ️

I was convinced by Nia that this method was perfect for my super thin fine hair and that my hair would suffer no loss with her extensions. She added so much hair to my head you could see the wefts through the top layer of my hair and I found myself scratching at them constantly. The hair came out of the clips at the edges and would literally flap in the wind. The hair also became extremely brittle and tangly within a month. I had worn microlinks extensions for 6 months prior to this and had none of these issues. I expressed my concerns to Nia who was accommodating and offered to see me at no cost to fix the issues. However, they were never really fixed. I struggled with the insanely itchy wefts pulling on my scalp, the flappy edges and tangly mess for 2 months before expressing how upset i was. She offered to give me a new set of hair at no cost .. but with all the problems and suffering i decided to have them taken out by a local hair stylist ...who actually remarked how much hair I had lost. I spent over 1100 dollars to have my dream hair and I ended up with a devastating hair loss after only 2 months. I messaged Nia a couple months later expressing that I was still very upset about the ordeal and asking if she would consider giving me some kind of financial compensation. She became very defensive and essentially called me a liar. I would not recommend these hair extensions to anyone.

Brought my wife in to get her hair extensions done and when I came back to pick her up she looked fantastic. When your wife is happy life is good!! Nia thanks for the hard work you put in to make my wife more beautiful than she already was. Will be recommending you to all of our friends!!

Was extremely excited to get my new locks. Should have questioned the contract I had to sign before my installation. Oh and did I mention that I had to also pay a 600 dollar non refundable deposit the day I signed the contract. When I tired leaving messages to get my first tightening I had no return call. So when i had my extensions taken out and put a brush through my hair i had clumps of hair fall to the ground. Do not trust your hair with this company. I paid over s thousand dollars plus tip for this. Omg

I couldn't recommend Nia enough! She has transformed my hair from something I felt so self-conscious about to something I am proud of. I have suffered from on-off hair loss (that started months prior to me getting my first set of extensions) and Nia does a fantastic job of concealing sparse areas, while maintaining the integrity of the healthy hair. She chose the perfect colour and texture to match my natural hair and most days I don't even have to style it with any heat products! I have had no issues with the extensions over the past year that I have had them and her instalment techniques are the least damaging to hair that I have discovered. I first heard about Nia and her company a few years ago from a co worker who had an amazing install of extensions (I’ve been a extension wearer for years). On a whim I made a appointment for the free consult - I was really impressed right away - Nia knows her stuff and it was a very welcoming low pressure environment... let’s say that was probably 2 years ago and I’ve been going back since. The quality of the hair offered is amazing and she’s a wizard when it comes to matching. I have multi tone blonde hair with dark blonde roots. She’s able to get the colour looking even better with extensions is AND be the best match. I also love that she has affordable touch ups Absolutely the best and one of the most authentic people I knew.
