Today, I went to Babys r Us Broadway location. Lauren approached me if she said if she can be of assistance and I replied that I do need assistance. I was there to buy a few items from a baby registry and told her my budget. She proceeded to print the list and together she went with me to different aisles finding the items from the list that I was was interested in. She provided recommendations on which items would be good/useful. Ones the items were picked she asked if I already have a gift bag and I told her no. She provided a couple of suggestions and she said best option is to purchase a gift bag along with some tissue paper and that she "can make it work". I proceeded to the checkout paid for the items after which she "wrapped" it all for me. I great experience overall. I basically had a personal shopper with me from start to finish. Thanks Lauren for going above and beyond. You saved me a lot of time and effort.

Their super visor quida said that they don’t refund electronic parking receipt, unless i join the toys r us club or whatever..or else sorry,they only refund paper receipt..seriously on this pandemic time??? So if you’re paying through online app for your parking do not expect for the refund,even if you buy more than 10 to this store.. their super visor don’t give a consideration..
I was at BabiesRUs, West Broadway on April 24th, 2021. I went with my family to purchase some items for our expected baby. I saw Joshe, one of the employees there, who was so kind, wonderful girl and helpful. She was such a patient girl who cares about our needs and helped us very kindly. I admire her attitude. We have also met the manager of this branch, Chenny! She was also great! very very helpful and positive! We appreciate both of them and we are satisfied with purchasing from this store! All the best to you guys!
Had a great experience at this store! As first time parents, my husband and I didn't know where to start. Riley took the time to go through the essentials of what we would need and the variations of each item. Would highly recommend, will be returning!

before I go to babies Rus I called and asked to meet stroller and car seat expert, we met Surinder, she is great and very friendly, she spent hours with us, she is smart and know about all products, she help us a lot, I would like to see her every time I am visiting the store. Thank you Surinder! overall I like babies RUs, you can find most of baby stuff easily.
Had an issue with product but Shawn, was able to resolve the situation quickly and was able to help me get the exact product for my son. Thank you Shawn!
