I started my baby registry at this location and continued to come to this location for exchanges/returns/pickups throughout the pandemic. The baby manager Lilly was beyond helpful and accommodating during various states of openings and closures of the store. I would highly recommend this location and am so thankful and appreciative that such wonderful people are working here. Customer Service is 5 stars. Thank you Lilly and everyone at Babies R Us Sherway for making such an uncertain time comfortable with regards to my registry!

I visited this location a couple of weeks ago to purchase some things I needed for my daughter. There was a cashier named Jasmine that really made my day. She really went above and beyond to help me out. Best customer service I have ever been given, she was AMAZING! I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. People like her make me have faith in humanity. Thank you sooo much Jasmine!
Please put sanitizer everywhere especially now(pandemic). Edit: I didnt see anything yesterday(June 17, 2020). Theres nothing at the entrance. And NO, there's no sanitizer at the cashier.
It's nice having a BabiesRUs close to home. Was able to pick up alot of gifts here for my niece and great niece. Will return. A little pricey but I know ToysRUs price matches so I would assume BabiesRUs does too...
Horrible customer service. Made the mistake of establishing my baby registry here, bringing thousands of dollars into there store, however they have been horrible - providing a rude and unhelpful service experience. My baby was born premature at 25 weeks and was in the hospital NICU for 4.5 months, much longer than expected. As such gifts and purchases were made before she actually came home. By the time she got home from the hospital it was past the 45 day return policy and I therefore had no time to make exchanges or returns even with receipt. You would think this store would have a return policy that accommodates a situation such as this but nope.Totally cold and uncaring people.
We booked an appointment on a Saturday morning to get our baby registry. I'm not sure what the point of that was since no one actually ever helped us. My husband and I spent three hours going through the store trying to figure it out ourselves since no employee was ever around to help, to answer questions about the products or options available. Thankfully, other parents there saved the day and offered some wisdom.
I had purchased a crib to be delivered to my home and upon inspecting the delivered crib realized that it was broken in a couple of places. The staff didn't give me any issues when I went back to Babies R Us to let them know the problem. They offered to order the same crib, have it delivered to babies r us first to have inspected, and then deliver it once again to our home and pick up the broken item. This was great since it required minimal work on my end. Unfortunately the crib was sold out online so we were offered a better crib at no additional cost. We were very happy with this alternative solution and how the staff handled the situation.
Went to look at strollers, seats, the works, and probably start a registry. No one was available to help so we left to make a registry elsewhere. Maybe it's better on a weekday.
