I wrote a review before but I guess they deleted it. I think it was the owner who came through my till at Home Depot. He was purchasing for this company and made everything very difficult for me. I asked him the name of the company and he mumbled the response. When I asked him to clarify, he got extremely offended and repeated it bluntly as if I should already know. How am I supposed to know the name of a company I've never heard of? Maybe he was insecure about his English or something but he was very defensive and told me to get my hearing checked. I'm not sure if you speak this way to your customers; but it was really degrading. Please fix your attitude.
