Excellent service and they have an excellent selection of tools.
Horrible salesmen. They also take forever to fix anything saying it will be done in a week but taking 3 weeks and 4 phone calls later to remind them to fix it. after bringing it in twice and almost 400 dollars later they said they fixed the problem and it still doesnt work. Without doubt I would recommend going to Trowlex instead.
We rented from BV for our out of town wedding. We rented a large event tent, 90 chairs, arch, signing table, and cupcake stand. The staff was super helpful allowing us to arrange and pay for everything over the phone. The staff set up everything on time (actually called us and arranged to have it set up even earlier than required), then had it down quickly after the ceremony. At no time were we left without answers to any questions we had. Prices for rental, delivery, and set up were all very reasonable.
