They are fantastic, I've been going there for years. Like everyone had good and rough situations with them. But they have always tried their best to help with all issues.

Recently I had a pretty major health issue. The entire staff at NDCHC were incredible through it all. Speciifically Gaby (reception) , Anna (NP) and Dr. Arnott. I can't imagine what it would have been like without the 3 of them. I highly recommend North Dumfries Community Health Centre

This is a wonderful clinic, well worth the wait list. Such a great team, the front desk receptionists are so helpful and always try to help my family out. We also absolutely love the docs and especially the new nurse practitioners that joined the team. The only downfall is that not they don't have as many evening appointments. Hope you can increase evening appointment times / weekends for young working families.

The community center as a whole is great. The reception staff aren't the best... there are a couple who genuinely love helping others but there have been times where petty judgements and poor behavior has been an issue. The NP is very nice and caring. The doctor is also very patient and understanding. He will go above and beyond to help a client seek relief for injuries at the workplace. I have had some difficult times with the reception staff getting faxes acknowledged and you need to keep up on them. This is a new facility so they are still working on getting everything flowing perfectly.

My personal doctor and nurse are very kind but it’s EXTREMELY hard to get in to make an appointment. Was told 3 days in a row to call right at 8:30am. I did call the second day at 830am and again at 850, then once more at 930 and was told sorry booked up try again tomorrow at 830. Either a second receptionist needs to be available to answer those calls or a new system needs to be put in place. I don’t agree with the “first come first serve” appointment booking as there’s always a risk that someone might need to be looked at by a doctor for something more serious than a sore throat but won’t be able to get in. Also don’t agree with only same day bookings. Been trying to see my doctor all week now and now I’m headed to the walk in clinic.
