Apparently the workers at Coffee Time and the Esso gas station don't believe they need to adhere to the COVID-19 mask rules. I have been to this location twice in the last month and both times, none of the ladies working behind the counter have been wearing masks. They have the barriers and notices on the front door about the mask by-laws, but they do not follow the rules themselves or enforce them with customers. This is incredibly irresponsible in the food service industry. How many cups of coffee and food products do they make direct contact with in a day? If an employee here tested positive, imagine how much potential for spreading there would be.

Twice now I have been to this location with the staff not wearing masks. I order my coffee in the drive thru and when I pulled up to pay, the young lady sticks her head out the window about two feet from my car window. I just drove off. Thanks but no thanks... you lost a loyal customer
