Every contact and every interaction felt like an exceptional level of care and attention to detail. While the process is not yet complete due to Covid delaying the funeral mass service, the level of care to this point leaves me in no doubt that this organization is comprised of caring, thoughtful people, particularly the two I dealt with, Don Valiquette and Amber Boucher. Staff were well organized and explained the process in detail.They respected our needs and wants and allowed us time to make decisions and consult with other family members. The visitors at the visitation were greeted by staff who were very helpful.The grave side service was peaceful and all present were given opportunity to participate and say final farewells. Very knowledgable and professional staff who demonstrated compassion for all.
