We called this cab company, and they said they would have someone pick us up within 20 minutes. So we waited for 1 hour in the cold and when no one showed up we tried calling them back but they just disconnected their phone. It took us 2 hours of waiting outside to get home via a St. Thomas cab company. This was extremely upsetting that they did not handle the situation professionally. I will never be calling them again, even if I have to pay a bit extra for a different cab company.
