I'm writing this review as a WARNING to all that even think about going with this provider. Where do I even start? There's not a single positive thing I can think of to say about this company except for their decent customer service. Now let's get on with the bad! Internet cuts out at least once maybe twice a week, and the speeds are just absolutely Abysmal, for the price you pay it's just sad how utterly slow it is. And now just recently,, this is the big one so hold on to your chair! I needed a cable fixed underground(already dug up) just need someone out to fix it. And I now have to wait 6 days before someone can make it out to my house for maybe 15 minutes of work. Just hire more technicians! You should have more than enough funding considering you have this area MONOPOLIZED. Now if you don't know what that means, it means that they will be the ONLY provider you can get your hands on, and they know it and will take advantage of you. STAY AWAY.

First the Internet gave us problems. Then 6 months of TV issues. Now we are back to NO Internet. Tech called last Thursday to say he was coming, but didn't show - Today is Monday. Wish I had never made this choice. When it works, it's grreat. However their system is unreliable. Customer service is NOT a priority.
Absolutely terrible wifi (only works half the day), terrible service, my cable box never works so I can’t watch tv, technicians are very unhelpful and rude! Multi million dollar company and can’t even get there wifi or cable to work unreal. Can’t wait to get rid of Eastlink in this household.
If I could give less stars I would! Right now this company is threatening to send collectors after us because we are refusing to pay a bill for 600 after we cancelled our service. We were under no contract the only condition was we send their equipment back, WHICH WE DID! We offered to drop it of they said no and demanded we ship it via canada post, we used the shipping label they provided and paid for a box at our local canada post office the week of Dec 11th- 17th. Eastlink claims to not have received it and is therefore demanding we pay a bill of 600 since we can no longer locate the parcel (I assume it's at its destination) so not only do we not have any of the eastlink equipment we are also expected to pay for it. The lady we have been talking to on the phone even went as far to say \well I guess you shouldn't have changed providers\ this makes me beleive they have had it all along and are just trying to squeeze another 600 out of us. See you in court eastlink!
Fix your internet already! You promise us 200mbps and I'm here not even getting 5mbps most of the days! This is just outrageous. You guys are doing great at having a destroyed reputation
