Good place to work and great place to start off in the manufacturing industry. We have a fairly good team here, but if you want to progress you have to work hard for it. Everyone has a fairly good sense of humor so co-workers are easy to get along with. I love seeing all the different custom products we ship out to our clients and seeing how dedicated the welders are in ensuring quality product goes out the door is very gratifying because you get to see a product come to life, from start to finish.
