This is such an awesome place! There is so much passion and love put into this school and it really shows through all the care and community that is fostered here. Training here is always one of my favourite things to do when I am in Comox.

Wonderful amazing Trainer! Has high spirit and true care for each and everyone of her trainees, someone I am truly proud to call my coach and a friend️ will really get that workout push through it mindset and have you coming for more, I always Love when I just show up and she is just such a goOd leader of leading us from within motivation and drive, I could not recommend her enough for someone looking to get into Capoeira or Brazilian dance, or just looking to have fun and get a bit of sweet on, 11/10. But don’t just take my word for it come in and check it out for yourself, you’ll be glad you did.
