Driving through Midland today and stopped here for a bite with family. The -best- A&W experience I've had in Ontario so far. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly and fast. I'd be here every week if I lived nearby.

Doubled charged after being in drive thru for almost 15 minutes. Unable to go into store once error was realized due to covid restrictions, and didn't want to spend another 15 minutes in the drive thru. Hadn't been to this A&W for quite a while, as the last time we was given what looked like dish water rather than root beer. Very disappointed, as the guy on the drive thru window was very polite.
Just now, ordered 2 combos in drive thru Recieved my order 1) Without dipping sauce that I had answered \yes\ to when I was asked at the speaker. 2) Short 1 straw 3) An added bonus of a black & white hair in my fries. Best 25 WASTED & am returning the remaining uneating food immediately with a promise never to return!
this place does not deserve any star. the manager kelly was rude and a lier.
