I contacted Jen saying I was interested in a chain for my god daughter. She said she didn’t have at the moment but when she did she would let me know. A couple weeks later she contacted me when a couple came in. I chose the one I wanted and I paid her three email money transfer. My chain was at my house in 3 days. I loved the customer service and the great price. Thanks again Jen.

My experience here has been phenomenal every time! As an avid pawn shopper, it’s rare to find a location with such outstanding service through and through. Jen is my “usual” broker, she is very knowledgeable and ready to give me a great deal for an even better price! She’s a true reflection of what outstanding customer service means. Way to go!
Great staff I've been buying from this shop a while now and the staff have always been respectful and they have good customer service skills so definitely a 5 star. good prices only thing that kills is they close at 5:00 and I work full time so you might have to take a day off if your in my shoes lol but overall awesome place.
Jen Carpenter is awesome! I live in Nova Scotia and when I want to buy something it's never a problem she just ships it to me! She takes pictures to ensure I know exactly what I'm getting and I like it. Customer service doesn't get better than that! Thanks Jen for being AMAZING!!!
