We needed to to upgrade from an SUV to a minivan and ended up at this dealership. Our experience throughout this transaction was amazing. There were some minor difficulties in the process but various team members pitched in as needed, kept us in loop and unlocked the issues in a professional and pleasant way. We had to deal with Percy from sales and Jonathan from finance and both of them were at top of their game. The manager Eddie was really professional, courteous and customer focused and seemed to know his business very well. I will strongly recommend this dealership to others and will definitely consider for my future purchase.
