An absolutely terrible experience. When I came to pick up my car, the mechanic explained that the issue I came in for did not exist. He told me he did not fix the problem, but I could come back another time if I wanted them to try again (rather than attempt to fix it while my car was still there). When I questioned this logic, he was rude and dismissive of my concerns. The bill was 200 for a tire alignment that did not fix the problem. I took my car to another mechanic two days ago, who not only FIXED the problem, but charged me only 45. I wanted to support a local business, but I was really disappointed with my experience.

Horrible customer service! Very small town with huge disgusting attitude of the owner. Not sure how still in the business. Take your cars somewhere else. He doesn't deserve any business in this Town.
