JP was the technician helping me, he provided me with a lot friendly advice and didn’t try to upsell me on anything other than what I needed. Very friendly and honest ppl that work here. Some mechanics told me it would cost thousands to fix my car. I came into here for a 2nd opinion and was amazed to find out it was only going to cost less than a couple hundred. My car is still fine today no problems. If u want honest expert work done on your car call these guys.
I have had work done at the shop for several occasions. I had my oil change done by Travis who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was done very promptly and communication was good. I also had a pre purchase inspection done by JP who was super patient with me. He took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and guided me through the different inspection stages. I never felt rushed and JP really took his time to inspect the vehicle properly to make sure there was no hidden damage. Overall, this shop has clear, honest communication, no pressure sales tactics and they really try to help you out the best that they can. Very reasonable prices, and they always take the time to do things the right way.
I needed to bring my car in for a last minute service and serious brake issue. I chose this location as it was centrally located and had great reviews. I called ahead to see if they would take me in, I explained my situation to the owner JP and he told me he would be able to see in the same day. Within 24 hours I had spoken to the owner at least twice. I truly appreciated the open and honest communication as I don't know too much about cars. We discussed what the issues were, and even though I brought the car in for brake servicing he went above and beyond and diagnosed 4 other issues, with different options priced out for all 4 problems. He did not pressure me in to going the most expensive route, as I've noticed with other shops. I appreciated the education of the cause of the problems, why some options are better than others and which problems were immediate and which were not. I paid a fraction of the cost at what I would pay at different shops!! Thanks to JP and the rest of the ASD Team my car runs safe and smooth. Thank you!!
Service Depot is a service of excellence! Professional, honest, high quality service I have been relaying on. They have been maintaining my Kia Rondo ( and my former Honda) in an excellent condition. They are much more than a service to me, they are one of my relations that guarantees my safety. Auto Service Depot have been fast and punctual service for me for over 7 tears. In a situations when I most needed help they were there for me and I was sure they wont take advantage of my problem. A rear service to find! I am happy I found them.
