I was hoping to have a system in place to track my fleet. Not the best customer service and the product does not seem to give accurate time for when assets are moved or started. After a year of working with this company I am now actively looking to get out or just pay out the contract and find a different GPS company to work with.
I've been using this product for over a year now and it's been great! Installation is easy, and the convenience and peace of mind is worth it.
So pleased with the effectiveness of these GPS units. Purchased for monitoring our snow removal fleet, mainly to confirm when sites were cleared. We recently had a piece of equipment stolen and due the installation of the GPS the police had the equipment in their possession within two hours of us noticing it was missing. We have now purchased GPS units for all of our fleet, not just those delegated for snow removal!
Produit excellent je ne croyais pas que d'avoir un suivi sur ma flotte de véhicules serait aussi intéressante. Énormément de choix de rapport et notification automatique. Le point fort de AutoConnect c'est le suivi client. Plusieurs fois il m'ont contacter afin de s'assurer que le produits réponds bien au demandes initiales ainsi que des offres de formation. Je recommande leur service!
