This is the second time Ive had work done at Authentic. I purchased a Procharger D1SC from Adam and just had it tuned on their dyno. I met Glen a the door ( Covid mask already on) where he took the time to both answer my questions and ask a few of his own. He took the time to explain exactly how the dyno process would go and showed an interest in what my concerns were. During the entire process, I was made to feel like a customer that was valued, not just for the sale. I spent the entire day there and not once did I feel like a burdon. We joked around but when time came to install a revised tune and run the dyno, both Glen and Adam were professional start to finish. We discussed future goals and Glen offered solid advice. Even though I dont have a full build Hellcat, I left feeling like they still value my business and want me to be happy with the results which I fully am. I will definitely be returning for the forged engine and future mods. Thanks again to both Glen and Adam for everything.

No upselling, no shady side deals, just a straight up, knowledgeable answer to any questions. Authentic became my goto shop for performance, maintenance, and even just an advice on anything car related!

Shop is very clean and modern. Labor cost is good and reasonable. He installed my Cold Air Intake, Catch Can and even customize my HEMI engine bay cover to ensure all my ed blings\ shows off nicely.
