My son had been having headaches and was in need of eye exam and glasses. We were able to schedule appointment at Wink Optical and am so happy we did. Camille and Carla were wonderful and caring. Just want to say thank you to the amazing staff and team that helped me get my glasses! I got 2 glasses for the price of my old pair. I had broken my only pair of glasses a few months ago and Ive had those for 5 years. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the best style as well as lenses. It was an easy process where they directly billed to my insurance I paid the difference. My glasses were also the perfect fit. Such a great experience, I definitely recommend this business and would get any pair I need in the future.
I have been searching for a good optical place to purchase some new glasses and after a few misses, I stumbled upon Wink Optical on Yonge Street in Aurora. I was there for quite awhile because the ladies that work there are so kind and courteous and lovely to talk to. It was a pleasure dealing with Camille, who is very knowledgeable about frames and lenses, and she spent so much time with me to make sure I had the perfect frames for my face. I have to say that her honesty is so refreshing! I walked out of there with the most gorgeous pair of glasses that I love!! AMAZING SERVICE! I am a mechanic and constantly destroy my glassss. Wink knows exactly what kind of glasses and lenses to give me so they last! They warranty anything. Love this shop.
